What benefits would they have?
Green tea. It has antioxidants in it. Also, when considering most people don't drink enough water this helps because it counts for some of you daily water intake & it also cleans the toxics from your body. It is also used to aid against cancer cell building in the body and prevents the development of blood clots which lead to heart disease and stroke.

Yes, I try to drink a gallon or more of water a day, but I also fear what they put in the water like fluoride, it I drink water I would love for it to just have water in it, and if I want fluoride I would put it in the water myself.
I always thought green tea was the best and one of its benefits is heart health.
