How different (health-wise) is grain bread and white bread?

I’ve always been a health and fitness orientated person, but recently I have been eating more white bread than usual. I try to have fruit for breakfast but some days I’m still hungry so I have toast, then I end up eating sandwiches for lunch so that’s 4 pieces of bread in like a space of 5 hours! I sometimes eat grain bread but it’s too expensive so we usually buy white. Is 4 pieces bad? Also what are some other suggestions to replace bread-like meals? Thanks!

Well you could use flatbread for lunch instead of the bread, if you must eat bread get the whole grain kind, its better for you. I think 4 pieces everyday is ok but yeah try and stay away from whit bread. Oh yeah and the Italian flatbread o personally like the best. Hope this helps
