hamster not eating

my hamster has not ate his food for 4 days now can you tell me why is there somrthing wrong with him?

When animals quit eating, that’s not a good sign…if you can, take him to the vet…

I think my hamster is eating too much I filled her bowl up 2 days ago and now its all gone, she never used to eat that much it used to last her weeks what can I do I dont wanna over feed her or starve her any idears??
