What is your food regimen or food intake?

What do you usually eat for breakfast lunch and dinner also snacks.

High protein, meals through 2-6 or 7 1st meal has carbs. Snacks I’ll have watermelon or cantelope :)

Breakfast: whole grain toast or fruit salad for Snack: maybe a few animal crackers or a peice of fruit Lunch: usually a turkey or chicken sandwich Snack: nature valley granola bar Dinner: usually chicken spaghetti, chicken chilli, pizza, or some type of caserole Snack: usually apple and peanut butter, or if I want to treat myself I will do ice cream or frozen yogurt

Breakfast: (Whenever I wake up.): Multi Grain Cheerios OR Reeses Puffs. Whichever I have or am in the mood for. Lunch: Normally either some form of chicken or pizza. Snack: Goldfish, freezer food. Dinner: Takeout, fastfood, whatever my mom/dad makes.

I’ve been extremely busy this summer and don’t put much thought into my eating habits, i’m constantly on the go don’t really have much time. :L

When I eat healthy I eat:

Several servings of fruit for breakfast.

Legumes and/or whole grains, and lots of veggies for lunch and dinner.

Evening snacks might be popcorn, sandwich, an energy bar, etc.

I usually have to keep my calories under 3,000 to maintain my weight and under 2,500 to loose weight. When I was younger I could eat a lot mroe though.

I eat grain cereal for breakfast, one ot twice a week I have pancakes. I have sausage or bacon with maple syrup once a week. For lunch I eat fruit, for dinner I’m all over the place, it depends on what I’m in the mood for. lol

take milk 2 times in a day,vegetables especially green & fruits it keep you healthy & sharper.i take these & do regular exercise it keeps me fit.
