Does my niece have food poisoning (read more)?

well about a day ago my niece ate a fried chickens that has been out for about 5 hours… now she is throwing up has a fever of 100 and she has dierhia… What should i tell her grandmom to do?

Take her to the doctors. Other than that, make her drink a lot (water or orange juice or tea, but no sweet drink) to replace the liquid she looses. Make her eat salty crackers if she can eat anything at all.

if she is Puking like no tomorrow she has it, it SUCKS iv had it 4 or 5 times

Id take her to the doctor anyways just to be sure. It’s better to be safe then sorry !
