Food Poisoning?

I have been throwing up since yesterday evening around 5 and I dont have anyother symtoms. could this be food poisining. I ate at the school caffeteria at lunch yesterday

its likely food poisoning. drink lots of fluids and just wait it out. eat if you feel you can, but keep the food light. also. if you begin to feel extreme pains or other symptoms, see your doctor.

Generally, food poisoning causes some combination of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that may or may not be bloody, sometimes with other symptoms - hope you feel better soon !!
