How can I get stronger and more agile?

Walking for a few minuites aches my legs, I can’t do one push-up and I can’t run 100m. I’m fed up with it. At the moment I’m just some nerd that can do any math question thrown at him, but is as strong as an insect. I want to get stronger, more flexible and more agile. What do you suggest for a guy that only works out on PE day which only occurs one day a week.

You can start working out on your own! Is there a gym near your house? YMCAs usually have basketball hoops and baseball fields, and often have Little League/basketball leagues for the summer. YMCAs have gyms too. :)

If you can’t join a gym for whatever reason, try working out a little in your room. Every little bit will help.

But what things should I do? I just want to be as good as the average majority . Plus I don’t want to do it on my own, I work much btter in a pair or small group. Problem is, nobody will speak to me. I can’t join a sports club or go to a gym.
