Why U.S A is figthing for another country that is not even in the same continent?

I dont have anything against israel, but it sounds a little bit crazy that we are fighting for a country that is not even in the same continent than United states, it would make more sense if we were fighting for Canada. Just saying. What do you think?

I’t has to do with religion. People within the U.S government as well as several corporations believe that the jewish people will return to Israel as said in the Book of Revelation. However, the U.S is supporting Israel with a holocaust were Palistinians are held captive and murdered within townsized concentration camps.
