try walking and running with some load on u … it will train ur mussels well , try running in beach sand …

Making sure you don’t eat within 3 hours of a race will make it easier to run faster. But you should drink an athletic drink within the hour of your run to give you energy. Practice does make perfect. I think it’s good to run say 3 miles, running an average pace, then sprinting for 100m every 800 or so metres. It really helps with energy blasts.

Do leg practices such as spurt bouncing. The leg muscles are responsible for bursts of energy and power.

Make sure you run on your toes, like the pads of your feet. Stretch regulary, drink lots of water. Do timed sprints, push yourself.

when you are sprinting use your arms and make sure you keep them straight rather than floppy and start off a bit slower and build up your speed :)

everything that was said herre, and do a lot of squats with weights in each hand, and high rep leg press, i sprint like a beast now :D

run with the ball of your foot, which is the part of your foot that’s below your toes, you get more power and speed.
