How can I prevent crusty eyes in the morning?

Answer #1

No it’s not conjunctivitis- that’s pinkeye. It’s 100% normal (and healthy, actually) to have crust in the corners of your eyes in the morning. It’s the stuff (dirt, dust, salts from tears, ec…) that has been accumulating all day from the day before and the tears from your eyes basically self-clean your eyes out. They rinse them to the corners (basically) where you wipe them away. :) If that doesn’t happen, you could have an accumulation of dirt and other gunk that would really irritate your eyes.

I Don’t Believe You Can “Prevent” Them But My Advice Is To Just Wash Your Face Before You Leave Out The House Every Day.
