emo kid?

emo’s do not cut!! that’s the most important fact about emo’s. they are not always, but they do feel depression a lot. emo is a style of music, but is used to label people. they usu. have tons of piercings, they wear converse, tight black or blue pants, band shirts, coloured hair, they are usu. very shy, and usu. extremely nice no matter how evil they look. and lots of other stuffz too.

Alright look people… learn your f*cking facts. Here are the TRUE facts -

~Cutting has NOTHING to do with being emo. Cutting is actually something that should be taken very seriously. Don’t be afraid so get help if you self harm in any way.

~Depression/being suicidal has nothing to do with being emo. Depression is a MEDICAL CONDITION and should be treated with meds from a doctor. Don’t be embarrassed to get help, LOTS of people have depression. It has NOTHING to do with ANY stereotype. Suicide is something VERY serious that should ALWAYS be taken seriously no matter what. It has nothing to do with ANY stereotype. It’s also NOT worth it. DON’T ever kill yourself! Suicide is a permante salution to a temorary problem.

~Emo is a type of music and is also a type of style

~You DON’T HAVE to have piercings to be emo, or be shy. Some emo kids are actually very out-going. Piercings are a form of self expression and body art. It doesn’t make you emo just because you choose to have them.

~Converse isn’t something that makes you emo either. Some emos wear vans, others wear skater shoes.

~Wearing blue pants… not emo. Sorry, they wear whatever they want. Not ALL are skin tight either. Some are just nromal skinny jeans or even a little loose-fitting.

~Band T’s are also NOT a must. They wear any shirt they want to.

~Most emos are very very sweet and friendly. They’re not evil or b*thcy as some people label them.

~The cutting/depression part is just lies. Seriously… it is. A bunch of haters have made up all sorts of rumors and lies about the emo people. Very f*cked up too. These are all very untrue. That’s why not too many people give the right advice about emos… they’ve heard the rumors/lies and sadly, believed them.

~And this is just a helpful tip to EVERYONE - never try to pose as/be something your not. ALWAYS be your TRUE self. NEVER change who you truly are just to fit in or anything like that. Always stay your true self.
