Effect of sleep deprivation on the body?

What’s the short term effect of sleep deprivation on the body? Lately I haven’t been getting nearly as much rest as I’d like, and I’d like to know what specifically might happen (and yep, am trying to get more sleep from now on). Thanks!

You probably feel a bit lethargic and tired. You may get headaches but these are just my guesses. Try and get more sleep, it will help you stay healthy.
