gothik,

i believe your response is that only a child can up with. as well, putting down other people’s reply and asking rogue_girl to “ignore” them is also immature. it should be up to her, not you.

rogue_girl,

i can’t tell you what you should do, only what i would do in your situation. if someone said hurtful things to me, and called me names, to reply would be to sink to their level. i believe the best action is to walk away, or stand up for yourself without being vulgar in return. often, those who say rude things about you DO NOT know the real you. so why should their comment even matter? Be the bigger person and feel good about yourself.

Dear rogue_girl,

sometimes its good to just get away from people and realize that what you do is not how 14 year olds should act. i know how you feel…i am the same exact way sometimes…its just our teenage years kicking in. And maybe it is because it could be that time of the month again. i have tried to stop too…and maybe it can work to just be around adults and helping out at schhol for a day. when you do things like this it relieves all of your stress. i hope it all works out!

Yes, quite often aggressive and angry feelings are as a normal part of your bodies reaction as it is flooded with hormones. The best thing I can advise, and it certainly worked for me, is to bolster your diet with fresh fruit and drink a lot of water. There are calculators available that will assist you in working out how much to drink. Sport or Masturbation are also ways to relieve aggression.

I have the same problem only I am 12. what I try to do is

  1. remove mysefl from the situation 2)count to 10 slowly before responding to whatever it is. 3)breath in and out slowly. 4)do something to let out your anger weather it is going to your room to punch some thing, screming into a pillow, going for a walk long enough to cool down, doing something active such as playing basketball,or fottball or whatever,or just reading a book to relax, then dealing with the sittuation.

  2. you can change you diet.start eating more fruit and drinking more water.

  3. just get away from the person thats P-ing you off.

           Good luck!!

Dear rouge_girl,

Ignore everyone’s advice except hollisterbabe’s and tig’s, they had decent responses, but anyway.

Your only 14, you shouldn’t worry to much about your temper because you started pubertity around 12 or 13, so, those hormones from the starting pubertity kicks off harder on some people, more than others, yours just have a higher tension. Try thinking about something you like when your mad, think of something you like to eat, or your favorite animals, or games, or anything. Yes, tig’s said masterbation helps, it does help, but, duh, no one is mad when they are masterbating, and your not gonna have a fight with your bf and run to your room and masterbate, that would be a weird way of dealing with your anger, but it helps headaches… If someone calls you a name, don’t say anything back to them, just look at them, and think about what is wrong with what they are wearing, what they did with their hair, or anything that could make you laugh. If I called you a bitch in your face, and you looked at me, you wouldn’t say much back, because I am fat. You wouldn’t have to point it out because I know. You could just smile at me, and I can say “You ani’t got a comeback for that whore?” if your not actually a whore, then don’t worry about it, if you were a whore, you would never give me any. (Think things like this, it would make you giggle or even laugh because you find it humorous.) So just remember, verbal fights, aren’t worth the energy unless your going to lose your social status in life, or society. And school population (I’m super popular!, that crap) crap to where you think your everything, if normally doesn’t help your anger issues, because you can think your so perfect or special that it will go to your head. But if your not this kind of person, don’t worry to much about what other people say, sticks and stones. Only physical fighting should be something you should worry about. Sure some people would say “You lost your pride because he called you a bitch and you didn’t do anything about it!” well, just tell them, “Did you see how many zits that guy had? Looks like he washes he face with bacon grease and masterbates with Bar-B-Que sauce. (I know alot of comebacks that has won me alot of those silly verbal fights, but I ignore people I dislike, I smile, realize their problem, and wait for them to leave because when they leave you can start laughing as loud as you can. Enjoy.

How about take a chill pill, meaning learn to play an instrument and write songs and music. Even better yet learn to read allot of good books, starting with the bible.

It is normal to feel angry in this World of utter chaos and greed, because this World in which we all live is not the normal life at all. Look around you and see if this isn’t true?!

Take your bad feelings away from you by sweating them out with lots of exercise, sweat, sweat those thought toxins out of you. And the other toxic stuff in your life will go with it too.

Anger, frustration, language and rebelliousness is a sign of too much toxic stress in your life, deal with it or change your life completely, simplify, simplify’.

Eating right and lots of healthy exercise like riding a bike around your neighborhood and seeing the country side or mountains whatever. What I mean is exercise all your negative demons out of your life. Including negative family or friends that don’t build you up but tear you down, who needs all this toxic stress ?!!

Take care’ and learn to live well and teach others to do the same…
