I need help with my dad?

So my parents are divorced, and I have a step dad with my mom which is who I live with since my dad has been gone half kd my life for work in the desert. I haven’t had christmas with my mom for about 4 years because my dad always insists on going to the City for Christmas with my aunt /uncle and cousins. I have no problem with that asides from him basically forcing me to go, even I had plans at home with my mom. My dad got home yesterday from work and he freaked out on me. He’s mad that I took on a fundraising job for my trip, and that I work on Christmas eve. He wants me to go to the city, but I want christmas with my mom for once. How can I stand up to him? I never have before and he has a bad temper

why not switch off n on? like this year your with ur mom then next year ur with your dad its only fair thats what my little brother and sister do… and what i do is im with my mom on Christmas eve and wake up on Christmas at her house open presents and im there for a bit then i go back to my dads n have christmas like im with her half the day n back home the other half
