Cold all the time?!

I used to always be warm but now im like always cold! I made a change to being a vegetarian 2 and ahalf years ago and since then I have been getting colder I lost weight since then too. So I didnt knowif I was maybe becoming anemic or if it was just from losing weight?

Same here. Vegetarians and vegans generally have a normal body temperature that is around 1 degree cooler than people who eat meat.

Usually, it’s because your body uses much more energy to digest meat than it does plants, so logically, your body is cooler.

Or, especially if you’re a girl who has regular periods, you may have an iron deficiency. You should eat more iron-rich foods, such as a wide variety of beans uncluyding soy and tofu, spinach, turnip greens, potatoes, cashews, raisins, almonds, and brocolli.
