As a Canadian would you technically be a foreign national, in regard to Britain, even though we still see the Queen as our top ranking official?

Canada isn’t under a monarchy anymore…although we still hold the queen in the highest reverence, she has little to do with our country.

Actually we still are a monarchy, we’re classified as a constitutional monarchy
