you have to understand that this is an advice site ordinary peolple from all over the world have an account here but people like oprah, miley cyrus, the jonas brothers, ect do NOT have an account here and never have if your trying to ask some kind of celebrity, musician, ect to your birthday party then youll need to ask them on there fansite or send them fanmail but be aware that the chances of them coming are slim to none unless you have tens of thousands of dollars and there willing to even show up
