Can you give me a workout to lose stomach fat?

to loose some stomach fat?

I weigh about 160 and im 5’6”

Dear Heaven, First of all,don’t worry about working out to counter your physical look. I want you to concentrate on obtaining cardio,strength and endurance. To do this I want you starting with cardio first..it’s easy..OK? I need you to funmail me back with what you have access to in the way of elliptical machine, or a stationary bike. Let me know.. sure: 10 minutes of treadmill alright, 50 regular situps 30 oblices focuses and each side- situps to the side 20 leg lifts to work your lower abdomins

^thats what I do for workout when I started but I boosted it to bout twice those #s

situps? =] or like uh. lay on your back, bend your legs, as if your going to sit on your knees. and lift them up til you are doing a crunch, sorta. I don’t know its hard to explain. =] if you understood, then do it! =]
