How to lose 10 kilos?

I need to loose a little bit of weight like 10 kilos, can anyone give me any tips on how to do it,

:) yeah do what boredgirl123 said above me and also if its hard to exercise go out and walk for awhile or go to a gym and work out! eat small meals and dont snack!! also dont eat anything be4 you go to bed cause you will regret it! if you sleep at least 8 to 10 hrs then you lose 2 lbs anyway! well good luck!! :) hope my advice works some!! :):)

eat about 5 small HEALTHY meals a day..

exercise for 30 mins or more every day
