How many calories should I consume in a day in order to lose weight?
I weigh 100 lbs. Am 15. 5’2”.

Thanks. But I am going to start ballet and I just wanna feel more confortable among the other dancers there. Whenever I look in the mirror I always think I should weigh less then I do.
well, your metabolism is good, frankly you don’t want to lose a lot of weight, or just 5-10 lbs more. Since you’re 14 (looked on your profile to clarify that) you shouldn’t really be under 100 pounds, Meaning as of now if you lose anywhere to 5-10 lbs you’ll be underweight and won’t have a great healthy life. Keep your body at a positive outcome and enjoy it^^
Imma kick you in the face! Giiirl, you don’t need to lose weight. Your at a GREAT weight for your height. If you wanna feel more comfortable, work out and tone up! But you don’t need to cut calories, your perfect!(:
Don’t loose weight seriously… Besides I think women are supposed to have more fat than men. If you just want to tone then do toning exersicrs but DO NOT loose weight. If you’re not sure then go to a doctor. I literally got on my knees as I’m typing, please stay like that.
Anyone that literally goes to the point losing weight while they weigh 100 pounds, they’ll be underweight and won’t have a distinct healthy lifestyle.
your weight is right for your height because at 5’2 you could actually weigh more around 110.
the formula is to be 100 pounds if you are 5 foot even then add 5 pounds for every inch tall you are beyond that.
