What does it mean when boxer puppies lay on their backs when I'm playing with them?

. The want you to stroke their bellies. They like the sensation (just like humans usually do) and it reminds them of when their mother licked them to groom them when they were younger. .

it means that it trusts u and wants u to rub her belly and give her some love . some dogs also do that to show submission.
