Why is it their are beer and alcohol commercials, and they stopped the cigarette commercials?

Not to doubt ur intelligance or anything, but doesn’t alcohol lead to dui’s, deadly crashes, puts u at higher risk for diabetes, alcohol is addictive to, it leads to heart disease, goat, high blood pressure, and a lot of dumb mistakes from a lot of people. It just seems to me that alcohol is just as dangerous as cigarettes

Everything you listed is caused by people misusing alcohol and not drinking responsibly. You see what im saying? Im not exactly agreeing with the commercials but im explaining why they are still allowed. Alcolol when used responsibily and in moderation is not harmful.

I guess maybe I’m just one to believe that any amout of alcohol consumed can impair your judgement and response time, I hope that makes since and doesn’t sound weird, and thx mandyloo for responding to my second question I appreciate it ur opinions, u do give very good advice, so just don’t take me the wrong way, thx
