How Can I lose weight?

Ok I am 15 years old 5’1 and a half and 176 lbs. I am kinda of a girl that its all over my body. But i really want to lose up to 46 lbs really fast and easy. by like in a 2-5 week period. What can i do. I want to lose it in my back, legs, thighs, butt, stomach, arms and where ever else it is. I really have tried everything. nothing works. Any advice will help me. ANY!!PLEASE!!

i kno this isnt 2-5 weeks but its 6 weeks you should try the workout video slim in 6 it works really well my mom lost a ton of weight and if you keep doing it you can loose even more weight. hope this helped

I wouldn’t try to lost that much that fast. I tried something like that once, and when I didn’t get the results I was going for I just kinda stopped caring and didn’t lose any weight and just felt like crap. So… my advice is to go for at most 10 lbs a month. That is realistic, but still a goal that will take plenty of work. Losing that much weight in 2-5 weeks like you said (even if you could) you would feel really sick and weak…. plus you’d prolly end up gaining most of it back cause that is how the body works :P

do cardio or anything that gets your heart rate up and works up a sweat. you can run for about 15-30 mins a day…u have to cut back on what u eat..eat healthier and in moderation. small frequent meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals is best. any kind of cardio workout will burn calories….but the trick is to burn more calories than you eat. hope it helps…and good luck!
