Am I over working my body?

Am I over working my body??? Im in track and in pracitice we run at least 2 1/2 miles or more and then I run an extra mile ((in the moring be 4 pracitice)) and I have a bad knee and I rolled my ankle a couple dayz ago and to top it of im sick but I keep going 2 pracitice and stuff soo my question is am I over working my body??

If your body is giving you pain signals, then yes, you are overworking it.

You are young. When your body gives you pain signals it is trying to get you to slow down so that it can heal itself.

If you don’t allow it to completely heal now, you may suffer additional problems in the future.

I think your body will let you know - just don’t overdo it !!
