Even though this site changes the url click on them and see how easy it is. Dont pay for visitors. I made the mistake of that. they dont send real people to your site. Google Adwords has the lowest theoretical minimum bid of any of the large ad programs. Adbrite offers clicks for 5 cents each, and Yahoo Search Marketing is 10 cents minimum. Those are some of the bigger programs.
Also consider doing flyers, talking to people you know who have kids, local day care centers & schools, etc.
