Answer #7

drinking tea is good but drinking too much maybe harmful both on small and large scale.try not to drink too much of it.

Answer #8

is it the same for herbal tea…I love assorted herbal teas like earl gray & the flavored tea…c affine free…

Answer #9

I love those teas, I just gotta watch how much I drink, caffeine or no caffeine I love tea, hot or cold :-)

Answer #10

me too…but i do limit myself like in the summer i hv less tea…must hv at least 2 cups of coffee1 hot in the morning…the sec can be cold flav coffee(love hazelnut & french vanilla.) I take a glass of 1% milk & put it in a shaker add 1 -2 teaspoons of coffee and some crushed ice…and cover the shaker. Mix steadily for about a min or 2…then pour into a a nice tall glass & add a straw…OMG it is so heavenly! Other then that throughout the day I occasionally make myself fruit smoothies based on either water or milk according to the fruit. Other then that I am on just bottled Deer Park spring water! :P

* As for winter…I have about 1-2 cups of coffee & also 1-2 cups of tea..Sometimes I treat myself to some yummy hot chocolate with a twist…add a nice table spoon of baileys.(goes good with coffee as well):P rest of the day room temperature water…which is usually cold…so it’s all good.

Answer #12

It’s got caffeine in it. Which is a dr.ug. Thus the addiction. And it’s no different from drinking coffee. Which is also a diuretic (i.e. dehydrates you).
