A question for homeowners

I’ve been working really hard, and got the money and a home with my fiancee and my younger brother, and my newborn.the place we are getting has a guest house, say if I have family/friends come over once in awhile, would I still have to pay utilities in that house even if no-one is really there?

I’m guessing you would, as the property is on the section of land you’ve bought, and thus, it’s your responsibility. If you’re unsure, maybe talk to your real estate agent about the matter- they’re likely to have a better idea on it.
