Its dominance and possibly lack of exercise/activity frustration. Try exercising her more and doing some training with her to ensure you are seen as the pack leader.
Our female dog humps everything when she gets excited. Like, if we’re playing with her, she will just start humping stuff. It’s creepy lol.

Dogs will hump to show dominance some times, whether they’re male or female. My girl dog humps her brother all the time when he’s at our house, because she’s telling him that it’s her house and that she’s dominant over him.
