16 emancipation

My friend sarah is !6 years old and she is messed with by her family. bad. her dad doest want her he wants her twin but he keeps threatening to send her away. they were adopted and sarah cant turn him in in fear of having to go into a foster home. me and my family are willing to do whatever we can to get her and take care of what she needs. how do we go abouts doing this?

seek an atorney.

asap. and make sure it’s not all just an act. and that you actually have proof.

without proof, you’ve got nothing.

I would tell her to contact dfcs anyways.because I got abused last week.and the police officer told me about the dfcs process.he said that night you will get placed anywhere.and then they will start calling your relatives and if no one wants you then you go into the system.but time she gets treated bad she needs to call the police or ambulance like I di.so they can document the abuse.and if its real good.the police will tell what crime has been commited.then the officer will ask you if you him to be arrested.this happened to me thursday.
