What would be better - eating a banana or ONE biscuit?

Okay so as some of you know im trying to eat healthy to improve my health, when i get hungry and want a snack i usually eat fruit or something but heres the question: Would eating a 150 calorie banana be better then eating a 40 calorie biscuit?

Answer #1

I would say a banana because it has a lot of potassium in it. Or why don’t you just eat half the banana and save the other half for another snack?

Answer #2

Banana

Answer #3

Eat the banana but find something else with more carbs than the biscuit.

Answer #4

See i don’t really want either i just meant for curiosity and for when i do really want either one because of how high the calories in the bloody banana are. I had strawberries :P

Answer #5

The banana is healthier for you. Even though the biscuit has lower calories fruit is always a better option because of the vitamins it contains.

Answer #6

The banana contains more calories, yes. But it also has vitamins, nutritients, fibres and a lot of other stuff that is good for you. And the banana will help against the hunger for a longer period of time as it is larger and heavier than the biscuit.

Take the Banana.

Maybe you can also check whether they sell small bananas where you live. Where I live they sometimes have those half-size baby bananas. They also taste better.

Answer #7

banana its alot more healthy it has lots of vitamines

Answer #8

The banana :D

Answer #9

I think you should consult a nutritionist if you’re really into healthy eating. I’m a BS Nutrition student (just saying) and I’m just in my first year so I’m no expert yet. Based from what little I have learned so far, banana, just as itself, is more nutritious as compared to biscuits. But that does not mean that you should take banana already. It still depends on a lot of things, like what your body really needs, and what other foods have you consumed already. Because maybe you don’t need anymore the vitamins that the banana can give you, maybe you need more carbs. Like I said, you should consult a nutritionist.
