Wills and living trust

Which is better to have if you want property to go directly to children after your death, without having the property pobate,

Living trust. Irrefutable and unconstested.

Because a Will has to be known about and notarized and all that, they can be contested in court for months or even years.

With a living trust, once it is set up, the family doesn’t even need to know about it. The lawyers/firm who set’s it up handles everything after your death and nothing in the living trust can be fought in court.

Every year there’s always some celebrity or billionaire who dies and the family spends months and months in court fighting over the will…
