Will this help me lose weight?
This is what I’m going to start eating everyday…
BREAKFAST- 1 Bowl of Weight Watchers Oatmeal.. (With water) =160 calories..
LUNCH- 1 cup of Special K Red Berries with 1/2 cup Skim Milk=150 Calories..
DINNER- A Jello Vanilla Pudding cup or Apple- About 50-60 cal…
And exercise. :) Should this help? Sorry for my constant threads..but I’m desperate for weight loss. It’s really slowed down.
DONT COUNT CALORIES!!! Doing something that you dont like doing will give you a reason to stop doing it. cut back a little eat BL&D 2 snacks ( like the special k snack pack coookie things.) DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
diets dont work. Try something that you’ll actually enjoy.
um yeah!! you c0uld still eat more f0r dinner and exercise and that w0uld be great!!! like your eating way less than n0rmal!!!
well do 3 hours in the gym and you can eat anything you want thats how I loose weight and I don’t eat meat while im in diet so pure veggies and exerciser
Oh yeah, well I’ll eat vegetables and stuff, I’m talking about meals. I’ll have veggies as snacks.
You are suppose to eat a good size breakfast and lunch and then cut down for dinner and it’s best to snack during day on little things to keep your metabolism high. Also you do need protein in your diet or you will lose muscle and look fat.
If you eat foods in moderation you’ll be all sweet! Special K and berries for lunch is like eating breakfast all over again, and what about dinner? Your eating dessert for dinner, you need to include more vegies and fruit. This seems like a bad diet, I mean although you’ll lose the weight now you won’t be able to keep it off, to lose weight and be healthy is a life style change not a fad diet.
If you eat that little, you may lose weight quickly at the beginning, but you metabolism will slow down because your body will think that you are starving, so when you finally get down to your desired weight, you will not be able to eat more or you will gain all the weight back quickly. The best way to lose weight but still be healthy is to do some cardiovascular excersizes, like running, swimming, ect., and buy eating a well-balanced diet, not by starving yourself.
