Why just twice a year to menstruate, it bad, what can I do?

I started to menstruate when I was 11 years old and its was regular then,but now I’m 16, I experiencing it twice a years?is it harmful or risk in my womanhood?

Have you started any medications within the last year or started doing something different?

See your doctor. Anything outside what is considered to be a normal cycle should always be checked out by a doctor. There are various things that could or couldn’t be wrong, so there is no way to tell whether it will affect you negatively.
