Well it’s maybe not the best thing to say but that person whoever said this too you is right in a way. You can’t go through life and do these things to yourself and think your the only one who is going to suffer the consequences. Regardless if you think your family cares or not they care. They may not know how to hanndle it the right way but that’s probly because there afraid.
My advice to you is to stop this. This will only get worst. And if your not going to stop this for your family please stop for someone who loves you. I think you’l fine they were hurting as much as you were. Trust me, I’ve been threw this.
