Theres also a large chance your allergic to the metal they used in the piercing, Implant Grade Titanium is the best metal for piercings :) Go into the piercing shop and show them whats going on, theyll know what to do best. But to me it does sound like a metal sensativity.

You might have irritated it. Or the piercing is too small. If there is discharge I doubt it is an infection. also. Grab a Q-Tip and soak one end in the diluted Listerine and gently rub around the piercing in your inner lip your lip will get crusted blood on it just make sure you wash it all off. Salt water helps. Be careful not to over do it you will irritate it even more. Make sure to brush after eating. Avoid yogurt ( foods with live bacteria) also never ever take out an infected piercing . You will trap the infection inside of you. If none of this works check with your doctor . :)
