Why are my pups eyes are blue and glassy whats wrong?

Why are me 8 weeks old lakeland terrier pups eyes blue and glassy only a girl and boy one have this blue glassy colour but the other ones dont can anyone tell why is this and is there anything wrong

thank you guys most helpfull the pups have no problems walking around or anything they can see people stood at the front of them and they know you are there (they do not bang into anything when they are walking so that made me think they arent blind but I dont know) its only them too that have this problem as such but he oter pups dont and they have nice brown eyes thats what made me think I shall check there eyes for it being shiny looking and see from there cheers for both your answers most gratefull x

iff they look all foggy and you cant c thro them x if you no what I mean x she cld be blind x ask her vet x because tat is what it is like wiv horses x hope I helped x xxx x 8)

if their shiny looking. that means there healthy.
