I’d double check the state laws, I live in Texas, and its legal for a person over 18 to have relations with a minor as long as there is no more than a 2 year age diference and you have their parents consent, so maybe thats where you got the 16 consent age, but if you’re right I don’t think there’d be a prob, but like the others said, just don’t be tellin people about you’re relation ship, I’m 17, and since I was 14, I’ve had sex with people that were over age, my oldest guy was 27, and we just didn’t tell anyone

search the state laws. in my state, you have to be 18 not 16 so be sure or it is definetly rape even if both parties are willing sorry.
