whiter smile

I’ve been to the dentsist.. they said it cost sbout £300- 400 to get them whiter is there any quick ways of making teeth go whiter..im a smoker since I was 14…they are a very pale yellow any tips please

so i’ve heard. rinsing with a cap full of hydrogen peroxide once a day can whiten them. also.. ground one large strawberry into a paste and add a half a table spoon of baking soda. but not more than once a month because it can ruin the enamle on your teeth

Use a whitening tooth paste, stop smoking, stay away from coffee, tea, colas, and related beverages. After a few weeks, you’ll notice an improvement. However, to get your teeth seriously white, you’d need a dentist to bleach them or do a similar treatment.

For a bit of work on brushing & staying away from the wrong drinks, though, you can improve the way they look in a few weeks. I’d start there before spending the money on the dentist. Good luck.
