Where do I go to change my license from "intermediate" to "under 21"?

I went to the testing place[driver exam place] today and they said that they don’t do that.I’m 18 now and I need to upgrade my license.Thanks.

I don’t know but I think they might have misunderstood your question - the ‘we don’t do that’ may have been referring to issuing the ‘under 21’ (maybe that’s what they don’t do anymore - at any rate, I’d recheck with them - might just call…Good luck !!

Why didn’t you ask them about what you need to do? They have that information. You need to go to a Tag Agency and pay for an upgrade - this information may vary from one state to another, and since we don’t know your location, I can’t be more specific.
