To imagine His suffering at that time makes any “tough time” that I have ever had to endure pale into insignificance. And yet those three words effectively marked very end of Christ’s Ministry and suffering on Earth and the start of the Christian Church. - some finish! - it has formed the single biggest body of religious following the world has ever seen.

IT IS FINISHED - it can also mark the end of your own self-pitying “tough time” and mark the beginning of something so much better when you look outwards to others rather than inwards at your own trivial difficulties. You’ve just got to believe it.
