I am 5'9'' and I am 14 but I work out 5 times a week on a boring week. I also wrestle and play football. I just wanna know how much I should weigh. Thanks in advance...
Well it depends on which position you play in football. if your a lineman than 160-170is a good weight. But if your a wide reciever or a running back a good weight is about 140. Im 6'1, 165lbs, 15, and I play lineman. so im kinda tall and light for a lineman so it makes it hard when your against a 200lb lineman, but if you work out a lot it shouldn't matter.
well ya see I played defensive end and offensive tackle (both left side) but I wanna wrestle at 150 so I have a chance at winning state. I weigh 167 right now and have to lose 17 lbs in less than 6 weeks, so I was just wonderin. plus I think im kinda fat but I wouldnt know.
