How can I lose 10 lbs fast?

figuring I am only 14 right now so I can just aske my mom to buy these things for me, she wont, cause she thinks im too skinny. the truth is that I suck it in around her. so is there any good way to loose 10 pounds befor the summer? please help I want to look good in my new bathing suit and not chubby

You don’t need to lose weight, just tone. You can do that by lifting weights and getting into a workout routine. People often confuse weight loss with being skinny. But, muscle weighs more than fat does. Don’t be obsessed with the scale, it’s about how you feel about yourself.

Dear Bron, Start this out by telling your mom what you do. Let her know what your doing. If she gets upset with you for being 10 pounds over weight, let me know. I can give you a workout if you want, but it has to be for you..not for looking good to others. You have to want to workout for YOUR better health. Sweetie at 14 your body goes crazy and will gain some weight. Put yourself in an activity that is fun but gives you the exercise you need. I am a personal trainer and went through the same feelings. Taking a magic pill is only going to mess up your metabalism and make you gain weight later or.. die. Eating 3 heathy meals and 2 snacks a day will keep the metabolism going and not make you so hungry you eat anything plus, your body will store more fat thinking it is going to starve if it is not fed. Be careful. A personal trainer or nutrionist may be a better answer. Pam
