What is wrong with my foot?
I was playing basketball this weekend and after a while my left heel started to hurt to the point I could barely walk on it. There are no bruises or anything different at all, and its 4 days later and I still have a lot of pain when I walk on it.
You may have sprained it or the basketball shoes does not have enough cushions under the heel areas?. I don’t understand how blokes can put up with some much pain and keep soldiering on without fainting or passing out…Best to make an appointment with the Docs.
yeah yeah I know what you mean- I get that when running! unfortunately I have no idea what it is but its always nice to know your not the only one :)
