What/ is this safe?

I saw online that using baking soda and lotion (not every day) to wash your face is good for loosining black heads. I also read exfoliating with salt and lotion mixed together is good. I mixed salt lotion and baking soda together to exfoliate and I was just wondering if it was safe or not?? I dont know if I should continue this (once a week)

I’d suggest you stick with the baking soda solution and avoid the salt…salt is highly abrasive and can damage the tender skin on your face, while baking soda is a gentle exfoliate.

I don’t follow magazines or books or anything…but I did make a three day treatment that helps with my situation…

wash your face with really warm water to open your pores

than take a small amount of tooth paste [which has baking soda and cocamidopropyl betaine] and coat your black heads.

in about 5 minutes rinse your face with really warm water and once it’s off rinse again with cool water to close your pores

[don’t do this if you’re allergic to coconut oil…my friend’s mom got a really bad rash…]
