What is the defenition of responsible ?

Hey their well my name is nessi && I’m on funadvice a lot and im always answering questions. So it would be nice if you guys helped me out today.

So im 16 going on to 17 and me and my mom well lets say we don’t have the best relation ship ever.I can’t tell her a lot of things with out her getting mad or telling my dad and when ever we get mad she is always telling me that I need to grow up and be respnsible and what not. So I do the dishes I clean I wash my own clothes take care of my baby sitster and yet I can’t go outwith my boyfriend or friends a lot .my older brothers in the other hand are not responsible and they don’t do chores.I get tired of being blamed for everythign I think im very responsible for my own age but my mom don’t see that so if doing all what I do isnt good enough for her thna what is she tryign to ask from me ? She sasking more than I could give her :[
