What? Is it possible to bathe my cat with human shampoo?

Can I bathe mii catt with human shampoo? I bathe my dog with it and seriously have found now problems he smells like he came from the groomer when I do that why spend like 10:00 on a special bottle lol?

Giving cats baths are like the worst thing ever… be prepared for claws and bites.

But yes, it should be fine as long as it isn’t a color treatment shampoo or something with chemicals.

Use baby shampoo. Remember,a dog is not going to lick themselves clean after a bath, the dog wont be ingesting the residues of the shampoo but the cat will.

You can but its not recommened. Human shampoo is usually harsher, can have certain chemicals in it and dissolves the good oils on the skin. If you want to use a shampoo thats not a $10.00 bottle go with baby shampoo. Its safe, non-toxic since animals do lick themselves and not as powerful in the grease busting to help keep your pets coat soft and shiny. The same goes for dogs as well.
