What is better to do for exercising?

I’ve heard that exercising once every two days is better and will help you loose weight faster is that true? Because I only need to loose 2kg because I put it on and I want to loose it fast I usually exercise every day for half an hour so which is better for me to do ?? HELP!! :) <3

You exercise a muscle group once every two days to let it recover. You can exercise daily if you alternate muscle groups, so one part has a chance to recover while you’re working on the other. Or do everything at once every other day, doesn’t matter.

For weight loss it doesn’t matter which exercise you do. More intense exercise is faster, but not if you hurt yourself and force yourself to stop for a while.

There are 9 calories per gram of fat, so 2 kg is 18,000 calories. You can google an exercise calorie burn estimator, though exercising also boosts your metabolism for the rest of the day too.
