What is an easy way to lose 5-10 lbs?

Okay so alittle while back I was kinda anerexic and my doctor and mom made me gain weight but I feel like I have gain to much what are some simply ways to juts loose alittle bit?

eat lots of fibre, fibre helps carry the fat through your body. (my breakfast cereal has twice as much fibre as wheet bix) drink a shitload of water, you will then get rid of your extra water weight that your body stores in case of a drought. eat less saturated fat but do not cut out fat entirely change the balance of carb/protein to more protein less carb, protein is harder for the body to digest and you will burn more eat only complex carbs, cut sugar, and try and make sure they are all wholemeal and brown and stuff, it really helps you burn stuff faster every time you excesise even a little bit, you metabolism startes working (also every time you eat so eat regularly) so it’s good to eat and excersise in small amounts regularly…
