What has more calories ? Tea or coffee ?
I dont know which is more calories.tea or coffee ? Does the caffeine in the drink effect the calories or am I just thinking things ?

an 8 ounce cup of coffee (brewed from grounds) has just 2 (yes two) Calories.

definitely coffee! especially if you add cream and sugar. tea is just herbs and water pretty much, so its very healthy and low calories. Most organic teas dont even HAVE calories.
