How did you kick your coffee habit?

Mandy, You were great in Seattle! You mentioned while you were there that you kicked your coffee habit and are now drinking green tea. How were you able to kick the caffeine “addiction?” Thanks!–Ashley

Try reducing the amount of coffee you put into your mug, then try decaf.

I personally made my coffee weaker and weaker, then started mixing in decaf, and then I didn’t even want coffee anymore.
